Agile Industrial Solutions is a privately owned, small business established by skilled tradespeople and engineers from Louisville, Kentucky. We are proud to be completely self-funded, allowing Agile to grow organically from the ground up without outside investors. Our growth has come through dedication to transparency, consistent delivery, and technical excellence.
We are registered with an active CAGE code and UEI number, positioning us to serve both public and private sector clients across the country. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, our team has worked in steel processing, food manufacturing, material handling, and precision automation environments.
Our technicians and engineers hold certifications in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, MSHA, and are trained in Lean Six Sigma principles. This training, paired with real-world experience, ensures our clients receive both safe and optimized results, backed by industry best practices and measurable performance improvements.
CMM Calibration, Inspection & Packaging Services
Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) are foundational to precision quality assurance. Our services include full calibration, routine maintenance, inspection programming, and secure, ISPM-15 compliant packaging for CMM relocation or shipment. We specialize in both contact and non-contact probe systems, supporting Renishaw, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, and Zeiss platforms.
Our team follows metrological standards for calibration and uses certified reference artifacts to verify machine performance. Whether it’s a bridge-style CMM in a cleanroom or a portable arm in the field, our service ensures traceability and reproducibility.
3D LiDAR Scanning & Spatial Data Collection
Our 3D LiDAR scanning services provide high-resolution spatial data for plant layouts, asset mapping, and construction verification. We deploy terrestrial and mobile LiDAR units that generate point clouds accurate within millimeters—ideal for as-built documentation, clash detection, and CAD/BIM integration.

We also assist clients in converting LiDAR data into CAD and digital twin platforms, offering a powerful tool for planning, maintenance, and facility management.
